About the Role
Dataspan.ai is building its founding generative AI team. We are looking for people who want to dive head first into the field of generative AI. We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer with expertise in Terraform, SAM, Lambda, and Sagemaker to join our team.
Requirements
As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying cloud-based infrastructure and applications that are scalable, secure, and highly available. You will work closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure that our cloud infrastructure meets the needs of our business.
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and deploy cloud infrastructure using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and other infrastructure-as-code tools
Develop and maintain AWS Lambda functions using SAM templates
Work with data scientists and engineers to deploy and manage machine learning models using Sagemaker
Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to identify cloud infrastructure requirements and design scalable and secure solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and applications
Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure the availability and reliability of our cloud infrastructure and applications
Continuously evaluate and optimize our cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency
Requirements:
Experience in building and deploying cloud-based infrastructure and applications
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and Ansible
Experience developing AWS Lambda functions using SAM templates
Experience deploying and managing machine learning models using Sagemaker
Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
